In August 2023, Teagan and I tried snorkeling with salmon in the deep pools of the Campbell River. Unfortunately, we were too early, so we decided to drift the river further downstream. We saw thousands of pink salmon and even a few big Chinook salmon.
*Edit: 2023 Pink salmon run size was actually closer to 850,000, and not over 1 million as I said in my video.
