Description: Last summer, we snorkeled the Oyster River Potholes. We found some cutthroat trout, lots of juvenile salmonids, and a few pink salmon! The water was very cold, so I highly recommend a wetsuit if you plan on swimming here for a while. There is also a bit of current, so fins are quite useful. I loved diving down into the beautiful canyon. Thanks for watching!

In March 2023, we flew from Nanaimo to Cancun, and took a taxi to Playa del Carmen to meet up with my parents. Then we hoped on a ferry and headed over to Cozumel for some reef diving. We saw lots of beautiful creatures but our favourites were the seahorse and the huge nurse shark. Next up, we dive two cenotes near Playa del Carmen.
