In September 2024, I took a ferry from Vancouver Island to Vancouver, then flew Vancouver to San Francisco, then to Papeete on Tahiti, French Polynesia. Then we took another ferry to the island of Mo'orea. We snorkeled near our AirBnb and then booked a whale swim charter with Mo'orea Sea Experience. We hung out with a mother humpback whale & her calf + male escort for over an hour! Then we found another trio with a very curious calf! What an incredible experience!
