I'm gonna go ahead and call this TAS-only... not because it's THAT hard to pull off, but because the hardest part requires waiting for a precise moment off-screen, with ZERO visual or audio cues that tell you when to do it.

Can't be obtained once you have either exit in VoB4 or the secret exit in SW4.
