Sunchang Sung Ga Jung Food has maintained the company as a four-generation family business and it has mainly produced fermented pastes like soybean paste and mixed paste. By using the local agricultural products that are raised in Sunchang, it has produced fermented food with a deep and savory taste. All the products of the company are made with the domestically raised soybeans and sun-dried salt. By keeping the natural fermentation method, it has mainly provided Gochujang, or red pepper paste, Doenjang, or Soybean paste and Ssamjang, or mixed paste. The seasoned sesame leaves have a low salinity level, so it has gained popularity as a side dish.
