Recently I've really tried to narrow down my morning routine. I used to start the day by taking on my biggest task. This lead to frustration because i'd still be working hours later having completed nothing.
I realized that I need small wins to start the day. A small win is taking your to do list for the day and starting with the smaller tasks. Small wins put winds in your sails. Fear is often times the thing that keeps me from moving forward. The more I accomplish, the more I silence fear.
No matter what you do, you can take this concept of small wins and implement it into your everyday life.
