As of today, 1.5 million people have been impacted by my story of deleting Social Media. What inspired me the most was people taking the steps to reclaim their life and happiness.
I think fear holds most people back. It's so easy to focus on what we'll lose instead of the things we will gain. It's not about never getting on social media or throwing out your phone. We must learn to have a healthy relationship with our devices.
As we take steps back from the social world, we begin to reengage with the real one. It doesn't matter where you start, it's just important that you do! No matter how hard life gets, it's important to remember that we're not alone. As we continue on this journey, i'm excited to share more opportunities for us to learn and grow together!
