Is social media destroying the next generation of kids? We have to pause and begin to ask ourselves what we now accept as "normal" in our society. Mental Health issues and insecurities are at an all time high. After deleting social media in 2019 I started to see more clearly how harmful these apps can be.
Bullying is not something that just happens in school, it's now everywhere. We no longer just compare ourselves to people we know. How can we begin to model healthy social media usage around our kids and family members?
Someone once said "if you want something different, then do something different." I think it's time we call these platforms what they are, addictive, and do something different!
