Task 21:

Enter on the lowest water level in Wet-Dry World using the Mandatory savestate (spawns you on top of the caged tunnel) and collect the star "Shocking Arrow Lifts".

- You may not long jump
- You may not triple jump
- You may not interact with any enemies
- You may not change the water level
- You may not use the warp

Timing starts the first frame the level is visible and ends on the frame where Mario celebrates after collecting the star
