One day, while out filming hummingbirds in slow motion, I was privileged to spot this cool B-17 flying over, and managed to get a few shots with the Casio EX-F1 high speed camera before it flew out of view. The resulting footage is somewhat surreal as this very large object seems to hang in mid-air with its propellers rotating so slowly...

This particular aircraft probably flew out of Van Nuys airport, as it made a number flights in and around the San Fernando valley, CA.
