This song is about our addiction to technology, our obsession with social media, doom-scrolling and the bad habit many of us have of going to bed with our phones in our hand.
Song fully created and mixed using GarageBand on MacOS.
There are 35 tracks in the song. A programmed drum track, Bass guitar, Master vocal tracks, 12 backing vocal tracks, acoustic guitar, lots of different synths, some glitch sound effects and a couple of piano tracks played using my iPad via the Logic Remote App.

Video was created by using a projector to play some footage of channel surfing on a TV, overlayed with computer code.
