This was probably one of the easiest fights in the run, if you can get behind him you've won since he doesn't really have anything that reaches behind him. The attack at 0:16 can't hit you if you're around his leg, so there's basically nothing that's a threat in this fight. He could easily be done without sprinting and maybe some other stuff too.
