This update features two requests based off the one handed spears that use staff animations. First staffs that utilize this for those who want a monk build, hence the name "melee staff".
Second a few swords and daggers that also use the melee staff animations. I use the title "fencing" because of how you only use a thrust attack.
If the weapon are too weak for you, the mod Colorless Armors and Weapons has rings that increase attack and defense stats. Because these "melee" weapons actually use a staff enchantment, you'll need to wear rings that increase magic damage. Simply wear the rings that say "Improve All".
