This update includes rings that teleport you to many areas in the game. The majority of places are player homes, inns, faction headquarters and cut content areas. please be sure to red the instructions found in the satchel before using the rings to know exactly how they work. The rings don't work everywhere because the teleportation only works from set locations. The most often used one is TamrielLocation, which works from many different places but not all.
