This is a first time walkthrough of the mod Cuckoo by Neon Eye, with multiple collaborators including myself. You'll want to read the full description to understand what's going on as well as skip the boring parts.
0:14 You start the quest by reading a note on the bar counter of any of the inns in the nine holds (the other inns at the small towns will not have the note). As far as I can tell all the notes say the same thing.
0:32 Next part is in a jail. After searching the place I came to the conclusion you needed a key to the prison cell, which I was going to pickpocket from a guard. Then I checked one more time and found what you actually had to do.
1:40 At the college I had a hard time finding any information to progress. There was a riddle book; I couldn't tell if it was part of the vanilla game or not. Eventually I found a locked chest. Skip to the next time stamp to see me progress. It turned out the chest wasn't from this mod. I spent a good amount of time searching for a key but eventually gave up and used the mod Ring of Unlocking to unlock it. Also while searching I found an interesting ring in a character's inventory. Hmmm...
10:27 Finally found the information to progress. Luckily this updates the map with a new location, and since I had just started a new game there weren't many places on the map.
11:48 Next place. Because this area was created for the mod, I didn't edit out any of my exploration of the area. What you might notice is that I seem to know exactly where the new clothing/armor are located. This is because I created them for the mod and placed them. The weapons on the other hand were done by Neon Eye and this is the first time I've seen them apart from work in progress pictures.
20:07 First boss fight area. This fight was too tough for me to get through (and on novice difficulty no less), so I eventually got the next clue and left. Some funny moments. 23:38 Owned by the boss. 26:18 and 27:52 Spawn killed.
31:15 After trying to escape the are I had accidentally backtracked and found the bosses were fighting each other :D. Rest of the video is just me escaping and checking for additional loot.
