The webinar will delve into the guidelines for General-Purpose AI (GPAI) models, which define core concepts such as what constitutes a GPAI model, what are the responsibilities of provider, and market placement criteria. Experts will also discuss how the voluntary Code of Practice for GPAI — finalised through an inclusive, multi-stakeholder process — will help industry comply with the rules by providing legal certainty and reducing administrative burden. Additionally, the session will cover the Commission template for the public summary of training content for GPAI models, a transparency requirement under the AI Act that complements the Code and is expected from all providers of GPAI models placed on the EU market.
