My butcher smacked me with boneless ribeyes on sale at $6.99 / lb. I folded under the pressure and had him cut 6 for me, at 1 1/4 pounds each. This is the tale of one of them. The other 5 are in the freezer. :-)
I threw a potato in the oven (I use red potatoes; I like the creamy texture), and sauteed a leek and some asparagus in garlic butter to go with it. It was an experiment in direct flame "caveman" grilling over hickory, with superb results.
