Welcome to the underwater world of the Similan Islands (Mu Ko Similan National Park) in Thailand! Visibility was great and there were colorful fish everywhere. The highlight for me was when our guide just grabbed my GoPro and did a free dive to the bottom, and left my GoPro there for about a minute. What a great view from below! We snorkeled in two different locations. I identified as many fish as I could, but special thanks to the Waikiki Aquarium (https://www.waikikiaquarium.org) in Honolulu, Hawaii for identifying many of the fish. You're going to see Scissortail Fusilier, Triggerfish, Surgeonfish, Damselfish, Chromis, Pufferfish, Butterflyfish, Parrotfish, Angelfish, and Unicornfish. I've done a lot of snorkeling in my time, but what was exciting to me is that there were several species of fish that I had never seen before! If your monitor or smartphone supports 4K, please change your video settings to 4K for the best viewing experience-you won't be disappointed!
