Using the gun clipping technique, I climb onto the roof of the Grand Hotel. This is one of only a few OoB locations in the entire game that is visually interesting. More information below.
To get on top of the first floor, you must get out of bounds before activating the elevator sequence: once you reach the top floors, the first floor is no longer loaded in.
In this video, I breach the stairwell behind the elevator, run up the stairs to the second floor, breach a wall next to the elevator, and then finally breach an invisible wall leading to the front of the building. This sequence is not easy to pull off, and takes a lot of practice (and failure) to do.
On the roof you can get a nice out of bounds view of the street. If you drop down to where the atrium lobby is, you can get an even better (clearer) view.
