This is a glitchy thing in Deadly Premonition that you can do as a result of gun aiming and control stick manipulation. More info below.
I'm sure most people may have occasionally had the screen kinda spazz out for a second every now and then after using the gun or whatever. I have too in the past. But it turns out this is the beginning of a glitchy thing you can do whenever you aim the gun.
It requires a sequence of inputs in rapid succession:
1.) Draw the gun and aim upwards.
2.) As soon as you aim upwards, let go of everything and do the following three things simultaneously (no joke, these must be done at the same time):
A.) Hold down the run button
B.) Hold the left analog stick somewhere between the 1:00 to 3:00 position (2ish)
C.) Hold the right analog stick somewhere between the 9:00 to 11:00 position (10ish)
If done correctly, Zork/Yach will be running one direction and the entire world will be spinning around him in the other.
This can be done for the opposite direction as well but I prefer this direction since it's far easier for controller input.
Also, from what I've been able to find, it only works in Greenvale. I've tried this inside buildings and it doesn't allow for it, at least from what I've found. I haven't tried all buildings so I could be wrong.
