In Part 32a of my Downpour glitching series I break the Void free of the otherworld and bring it into the Centennial Building. Video breakdown below.
This sequence is similar to the Void Clone sequence, but with a minor deviation in the sequence yielding vastly different results.
*Fun Fact*
If Murphy falls through the map when the Void is chasing him, when he defaults back to the failsafe spot the Void can no longer hurt him nor does it slow down time.

The Setup Part 1
00:00 As seen in previous videos, I fall through the map. Doesn't matter where. I just have to default to the level's failsafe location.
00:50 When I reappear I turn around and take two steps back and wait for the garage to load, then fall down and run over to the dropoff point I've shown in previous videos.
01:35 When the studio loads I perform the transformation sequence as fast as I can, and if the sequence is done quicker than the delayed autosave the void will not appear. (I've already demonstrated how the studio is below the garage in previous videos)
02:15 I run into the hall and when the room behind me disappears I turn around and fall through the map (in order to get the Void into the building I need to fall through the otherworld map too).
02:35 When I reappear at the garage I do the same thing as before, fall to where the studio should be.
*This is where the sequence deviation from Void Cloning is*
03:20 When the Void appears I wait at the gate until it "locks on" to Murphy (if I run away before it reaches Murphy, it will lock onto the gate and stay there, but if I wait for it, it will latch on to Murphy instead). Then I fall through the map again, only this time the Void will follow me.
After messing around with the Void under the garage, I then take it into the building...

The Setup Part 2: Into the Centennial Building
08:55 When Murphy reappears at the failsafe, I turn a little to the right and then take four steps. This should put me beyond the wall into the garage when it loads. When it loads, I run as fast as I can to the elevator before the area finishes loading (if the gate loads in before I pass it, I can't pass it. Once you leave the garage the first time this gate will stay locked forever).

*INSIDE THE BUILDING*
Once inside the building, you are free to play the level like normal. The void can't do anything to you, it's just your tagalong friend at this point. However the Void does have a center of collision so if you go into tight or narrow corridors it can permanently block your exit (at 13:48 in the video there is a split in the video because this happened and I had to redo the entire sequence). However when performing actions like climbing a ladder or crossing a plank, Murphy can pass through the Void's center collision.

*VOID IN THE ELEVATOR*
39:00 At this point what I'm doing is using the Void to get OoB on top of the elevator, What happens is the Void's collision seems to screw with the elevator doors and whether or not they are shut. If done correctly (or if I'm just lucky) the doors on the 2nd floor won't be properly shut and I can get on top of the elevator.

*FALLING ON THE VOID*
Simply enough, Murphy can land on the Void's collision when falling to it and die from the impact.

*VOID IN THE STUDIO*
I don't show it in the video, but it's not possible to bring the Void to DJ Ricks. When you use the elevator to get to the studio, after the elevator doors open the studio (visually) is there, but when you step off the elevator the studio disappears. This is because the otherworld has already been triggered by this point, and the studios aren't there anymore.
