This fight was tough! The two main things were as follows:

Serpent Omamori - Automatically countering her was super useful, especially when paired with Beetle Omamori, which increases damage to stunned enemies.

The second tip is to focus down the adds whenever possible. Fill up your beast meter as it's your best DPS by far and Rinko will target them to blow you up for major damage.
