It's time to return to Silent Hill and I'm so glad I waited until I could give Silent Hill 2 Remake my full attention! After revisiting the original last year, stepping back into James Sunderland's story already feels familiar but the remake makes everything heavier, closer, and way more unsettling. The bathroom mirror, Mary's letter, that long foggy walk into town, Angela in the cemetery, and every tiny detail around South Vale had me stopping every five seconds like, "Wait, what does THAT mean?" 😶🌫️ This first episode is mostly me easing back into the grief, guilt, silence, and dread of a story that has been sitting with me for a year, while also realizing this version is absolutely going to hurt my feelings. I'm happy to be back in the fog with yall 💛
