Here's all the deathmatch maps from John Romero's SIGIL. In each map there are two switches which when flipped simultaneously will open up teleports to the singleplayer areas of the map. You can see this at 17:20

E5M4 is based on MAP01 of DOOM2.WAD and E5M7 is MAP07
