Sidney Bechet And His New Orleans Feetwarmers play "Blue For You, Johnny", a heartfelt tribute to clarinettist Johnny Dodds, who had died on August 8th, 1940.

This transfer is taken from a metal "mother" test pressing, which is two stages closer to the original wax master than a 78 shellac pressing, with very little in the way of surface noise.
