Well inflation is high! So you pay more for the same amount of product. Yet, if you pay the same as you used to pay, but less…well…that’s not called inflation, that’s called “Shrinkflation”. You see if you play fancy word games with vocabulary you can make stuff seem better than it was. And instead of blaming the government for inflation, you can shift the blame to businesses and corporations. Makes perfect sense, right?
Anyhow, I had bought some NY Strips, these are thin ones for the price of what thicker ones would have been a few years ago. I cooked them on Freon Bottle grill that was upcycled by BBQ Pits by Everette Guidry Services. I purchased it.
