"Locally, a self-professed white separatist became the target of a Missouri Attorney General's Office investigation after a consumer tip opened the door to at least 10 Internet domain names linking to www.InternetDonations.org, the same site that collects donations for www.Jewwatch.com.
On Monday, about a year after temporarily shutting down the operations at InternetDonations.org and its sister sites, St. Louis Circuit Judge Julian Bush made permanent the restraining order he entered against the site's operator, Frank Weltner.
The order prohibits Weltner and Internet Donations Inc. from soliciting charitable funds or hiring a professional fund-raiser from soliciting funds in Missouri. . . ."
"Weltner's "statement of deposits and disbursements" contained in the case file showed no charitable donations made to his PayPal account between Aug. 27, 2005, and Sept. 15, 2005, the date he met with members of the attorney general's office.
He said that although three cents had been posted to his account, they were never received."

Someone claiming to be Frank Weltner's identical twin brother has set up a site called Watching Jew Watch. I have no idea if Weltner even has a twin brother, but if this is someone unrelated to him who is trolling him, then I think it is funny as hell. The website is not very well developed, but he does raise some interesting points.
