Today I have a quick tutorial and inspiration to use up paper scraps and make them more accessible for future use. Take a pile or piles of scraps that you want to use up, and turn them into a convenient scrap booklet. You don't have to have a binding machine like the Cinch (that's the one I used) or zutter bind it all. I will also show you a simple way to use a hole punch and any kind of string (twine, ribbon, jute, cord etc.) or ring (key ring, binder ring, large jump ring etc.)
I also make use of some of the fabulous masterboards that I have shown in this video: youtu.be/MSv30gKcXOI
to make a sturdy cover for the booklet.
If you have a lot of Your Creative Studio papers leftover from getting stationery subscription boxes, you can make an easy tear booklet with those alone and start using up the scraps!
Intro: 00:00 - 02:46
Size it up-cover: 02:46 - 04:34
Pages: 04:34 - 05:40
Template: 05:40 -08:09
Template with hole punch: 08:09 - 09:33
Punching Cover and pages: 09:33 - 13:45
Put it all together: 13:45 - 15:32
Finished product and Final thoughts: 15:32 - 18:24
