A staggering number of people with disabilities in the US and around the world have invisible disabilities. This means they aren't obvious. You would be amazed at the things people are willing to say to your face when they know you're disabled but it isn't immediately apparent what it is.
This can result in some incredibly insensitive things being said. Some of the worst a former horrible boss said to me are shared in this video. Don't be like this nepo baby gone wild and learn from his mistakes.
