Talking to Rikiya Shindo in the Japanese Version.
This NPC pushing a trolley cart along the street at the edge of the harbor is normally unreachable for Ryo. Only with the use of the mod that removes the clipping in the game it's possible to talk to this guy.
He still shares the voice and lines with Kazumi Minowa, that unfriendly guy in green with the cap. Also notice how the color of the cart changes when it becomes empty at the end of the guys walking path.
