Fewer than 1% of menopausal women in India are prescribed hormone treatments (HRT) YET the majority of them would benefit from it.

This week on my podcast, I travelled to India to meet Sanjith Shetty, founder of the menopause community @mirorforwomen, and we talked about how we're working together to close that gap.

Many doctors in India are still frightened of prescribing HRT, largely because they were never taught about it and they have unfounded fears, and that's exactly what Sanjith and I are trying to change.

Our @balancehormonehealth app is now available in India, giving women a free way to track their symptoms and prepare for a proper conversations with their doctor, and our @newson_education hormone health education courses are available globally for healthcare professionals from India and around the world, with over 37,000 practitioners trained so far.

When doctors understand hormones and hormone treatments, women stop suffering in silence and start thriving. Listen to the full conversation now via the link in my bio.
