Hormones aren’t just about menopause, periods or fertility. They influence almost every process in the body, from our metabolism and immune system to our sleep, stress response and long-term health.

Also there are huge differences between natural hormones we produce (and prescribe as hormone treatments) and synthetic hormones in older types of HRT and contraceptives.
