In this tutorial we will show you how to sew up a sternperch seat cushion for a sailboat. The cushion is secured in place with hook and loop strips, which wrap around the seat bottom. The foam inside is CushionRite® Dry Fast Foam, and we used Eversoft™ Indoor/Outdoor Vinyl Fabric for the exterior cover fabric. Sewing on the hook and loop straps can be a little confusing, especially since this is not a rectangular cushion, but after you watch this video it will be easy.
