How to sew a zippered pouch or travel bag.
This is a great beginner friendly sewing pattern. It is fully lined and features a handle/pull.
Cut 2 pieces of outer fabric, 2 pieces of lining, and 2 pieces of interfacing (optional), all 9 inches x 11 inches. You will need one scrap piece of fabric 3x4 (for the zipper) and one piece 3x5 (for the handle/pull)
Use a 10 inch zipper or trim zipper to 10 inches.
Also needed: pins or clips
iron/press
sewing machine
