I sewed up a pair of pajama pants with a NEW LOOK pattern for my mother, who is battling cancer and recently diagnosed. I feel like my mom's health battle really began last year, when she had to have a back surgery, and she's been through a rough time. I just want her to heal and a miracle.
I'm also working on a quilt for myself, which was something I put on my 2026 bingo card. I plan to mark this off and get a quilt for my bed finished! I had a layer cake in my quilting fabric stash, and I have used the "easy 8s" method for making half square triangles. I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops.
