Now, this is the kind of global warming I like! Such a beautiful day in the city, let's grab a sno-cone! From 1974, a live-action film of kids playing in the gritty city streets (rolling a tire, playing paddleball, basketball) and cooling off with a sno-cone from a street vendor. Muchas gracias to +MonsterpieceTheatre for identifying the music correctly. It's part of a longer track called "Lindo Palomar" by Tito Puente and his Orchestra featuring Santitos Colón, from the 1970 album "Pa'lante", which also contains "No Voy a la Luna" used in another film depicting a boy getting ready for school.
I would have been 10 when this was shown and recognize almost all of the games the kids are playing. Just not sure about the one on the pavement with what looks like bottle caps.
