David Parker Ray (November 6, 1939 – May 28, 2002), also known as the Toy-Box Killer, was an American kidnapper, torturer, rapist and suspected serial killer. Though no bodies were found, Ray was accused by his accomplices of killing several women, and was suspected by the police to have murdered as many as sixty women from Arizona and New Mexico while living in Elephant Butte, approximately seven miles north of Truth or Consequences.
Ray soundproofed a semi-trailer, which he called his toy box, and equipped it with items used for sexual torture. He would kidnap between five and six women a year, holding each of them captive for around three to four months. During this period he would sexually abuse his victims, sometimes involving his dog or his wife (who participated willingly in her husbands crimes), and often torture them with surgical instruments. Then Ray would drug them with barbiturates in an attempt to erase their memories of what had happened before abandoning them by the side of the road.
Ray was convicted of kidnapping and torture in 2001, for which he received a lengthy sentence, but he was never convicted of murder. He died of a heart attack about one year after his convictions in two cases (the second of which resulted in a plea deal).
This is part 2 and the final part of a project of mine to reconstruct the apparent FULL recording of David Parker Ray taken in July of 1993 using 11.ai to clone his voice from the tape made available to me from the New Mexico Department of Public Safety. The voice may not be perfect.")

About 11:03am on Sunday 03/31/2024, Officer Lombardi (D695D), Officer Lam (D427D), and Sergeant Wright
(D909) were flagged down by Hynes security for a removal at the Hynes Convention Center located at 900 Boylston Street, Boston.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with Hynes Convention Center security guard Patrick [last name removed]. [last name removed] stated to officers that they just had trouble with an individual entering the Anime convention that had spit on another security guard. [last name removed] said that they do not want to press charges, but want the suspect removed. [last name removed] showed officers a photo of the suspect, officers were then able to locate the suspect.
Officers spoke with the suspect, Joseph [last name removed], who had a booth set up at the Anime convention. [last name removed] stated to officers that when he was entering the convention center, security had stopped him and wanted to look into a box he was carrying. [last name removed] stated that he had a lot of cash inside of the box because he was selling merchandise inside of the convention center, and he did not want the security going through his money. [last name removed] then said that Hynes security responded to him saying something along the lines of you dont like black people. [last name removed] says he didnt appreciate that comment because he was very involved with the Black Lives Matter movement. [last name removed] stated that he did not spit on anyone, nor could he have spit on anyone because he was wearing a mask, but that he did start yelling. [last name removed] also stated that he wants security camera footage of the incident because he will be suing the Hynes Convention Center. [last name removed] was informed by officers, as well as security guard [last name removed], that he is being trespassed from the Hynes Convention Center, as well as the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, and he should also be receiving a physical copy of such trespass in the mail. Officers spoke with the victim, Sade [last name removed], who stated that she had heard yelling at the entrance to the convention center so she walked over to see what was happening. [last name removed] says she observed [last name removed] yelling at another security guard as he slammed the box he was holding down on the table in an aggressive manner. [last name removed] heard [last name removed] say yall are racist to the guards as he tried to take pictures of them. [last name removed] told [last name removed] that he cannot take photos of the security guards which is when [last name removed] spit in [last name removed] face and said fuck you, Im reporting all you guys. The suspect, Joseph [last name removed], was escorted off of the premise without incident and was told not to return.
This bodycam footage of an alleged racial profiling incident at Anime Boston 2024 was obtained through the Massachusetts Public Records Law. I did not edit the bodycam footage in any way (however, my public records request number, which was hardcoded into the video, was blurred), any blurs and mutes that occur were inserted by the records custodian of the releasing agency pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty by law.")

On April 5, 1980, episode 14 of The Ultraman aired on U.S. national television when New York superstation WOR-TV Channel 9 (now WWOR) aired it as the first part of Japan Tonight!, a special seven-hour block of programming from TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System), hosted by actor Telly Savalas. Japanese actress/author/talk show host Tetsuko Kuroyanagi introduced the episode surrounded by assorted Ultraman toys and merchandise while explaining to the American audience just who Ultraman is, Its very, very popular in Japan - Hes like your Superman. The episode was dubbed into English by William Ross (Frontier Enterprises) in Japan and was sponsored by Bandai America.
This master recording was obtained in a trade and is an interesting add to the collection, showing an American television station showing Japanese animation long before it grew a massive following.")

G-Men 75 (Japanese: Gメン75, Hepburn: G Men nanajūgo) was a Japanese crime drama television series, about a fictional undercover unit of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. It was created by Teruo Kondo, who had previously created the detective show Key Hunter. Tetsuro Tamba starred as Detective Superintendent Tetsuya Kuroki, and was the only actor to appear in all 355 episodes. Other starring roles were played by Yosuke Natsuki, Yasuaki Kurata, Yu Fujiki, Go Wakabayashi and Bunjaku Han.

Ricardo López (January 14, 1975 – September 12, 1996), also known as the Björk stalker, was an American pest exterminator who attempted to murder the Icelandic singer Björk.
López was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, and moved to Lawrenceville, Georgia, with his family, where he began working as an exterminator. He had poor self-esteem, was socially reclusive, and he eventually developed an obsession with Björk in 1993, though not hoping to be engaged with her; he was particularly angry over her brief relationship with the English musician Goldie due to the color of his skin. Over the course of nearly nine months in 1996, he made video diaries about her and other topics at his apartment in Hollywood, Florida.
On September 12, 1996, López mailed a letter bomb rigged with sulfuric acid to Björks residence in London, then returned home, recorded a final video diary explaining his motivations, and ended it filming his suicide by gunshot. Hollywood police found his body and the videos four days after his death; they contacted the Metropolitan Police, who intercepted the package. Björk was unharmed.
The source of this video was original DVDISOs provided from the Hollywood Police Department through the Florida Public Records Law. Unlike copies sold around eBay and third-party sellers that are either compressed 480p upscales that are missing fields or 240p encodes, this is sourced from original DVD data recorded directly from a DVD recorder device held in the archives of the Hollywood Police Department. The police were surprised the discs still existed in their archives, especially considering the statute of limitations has long passed.
This video does not contain Ricardos suicide, which took place on September 12, 1996, nor does it contain any hate speech from Ricardo that occurs later in the recording.")

On November 4th, 2024, The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet was identified by Reddit user marijn1412 as a 1983 song by German group FEX titled Subways of Your Mind. With this, a demo recording from circa 1983 was released as well. In an effort to improve what was likely the final release version that aired on German radio circa 1983-1984, I have taken the vocal track from the demo version, synced it as best I could with the instrumental of the final version, and re-do the mastering job as best as possible for my limited audio skills.
