Narrative:
On 4/21/2021 at approximately 1627 hours, I (Officer K. Davenport #1371)
responded to for a possible suicidal subject. The
following is a synopsis, for further refer to the body worn camera footage
uploaded into evidence.com.
Before arrival I wanted to contact the reporting party to obtain further
information. I am familiar with the resident of the above listed address
because of a prior "Swatting" call. For further regarding that incident refer
to BPD Case# 21-58488. I made contact with a reporting party. It should be noted once began
speaking, it appeared as if he was trying to alter his voice by speaking in a
deep tone that did not sound natural. stated he wanted officers
to conduct a Welfare Check on stated he sent
a message via Instagram and then video chatted with
stated held a gun to his head and pointed the gun at a dog. I
asked to describe the weapon to me and he stated it was a
black .22 Caliber handgun and was able to read the word on the barrel
of the gun, and also stated it was a "Short barrel" handgun. I then asked
further identifying information, when I asked him his
birthdate, he paused for a moment, as if he was attempting to fabricate a
date. I then asked for his address and he replied with "it's suck my balls"
and then began to spell it out. then said "obviously a man
trying to have sex with a 13 year old girl would put a gun to his head".
then began to say if officers were to show up to his house he
would open fire on them and began to ramble on about the Derek Chauvin trial.
I ended my phone call with shortly after this.
Bryant Moreland is a social media influencer and has many followers and I believe
because of his notoriety he is being subjected to these types of "Swatting"
calls. Officers attempted phone contact with a number provided through a
records check but the number was disconnected. I then attempted contact at the
above listed residence but did not receive an answer at the door.
Due to the previous "Swatting" call and the way was unable to
provide adequate information, I did not believe this to be credible
information.
SGT Sandrini was on scene and aware on the incident.

Ricardo López (January 14, 1975 – September 12, 1996), also known as the Björk stalker, was an American pest exterminator who attempted to murder the Icelandic singer Björk.
López was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, and moved to Lawrenceville, Georgia, with his family, where he began working as an exterminator. He had poor self-esteem, was socially reclusive, and he eventually developed an obsession with Björk in 1993, though not hoping to be engaged with her; he was particularly angry over her brief relationship with the English musician Goldie due to the color of his skin. Over the course of nearly nine months in 1996, he made video diaries about her and other topics at his apartment in Hollywood, Florida.
On September 12, 1996, López mailed a letter bomb rigged with sulfuric acid to Björks residence in London, then returned home, recorded a final video diary explaining his motivations, and ended it filming his suicide by gunshot. Hollywood police found his body and the videos four days after his death; they contacted the Metropolitan Police, who intercepted the package. Björk was unharmed.
The source of this video was original DVDISOs provided from the Hollywood Police Department through the Florida Public Records Law. Unlike copies sold around eBay and third-party sellers that are either compressed 480p upscales that are missing fields or 240p encodes, this is sourced from original DVD data recorded directly from a DVD recorder device held in the archives of the Hollywood Police Department. The police were surprised the discs still existed in their archives, especially considering the statute of limitations has long passed.
This video does not contain Ricardos suicide, which took place on September 12, 1996, nor does it contain any hate speech from Ricardo that occurs later in the recording.")

On November 4th, 2024, The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet was identified by Reddit user marijn1412 as a 1983 song by German group FEX titled Subways of Your Mind. With this, a demo recording from circa 1983 was released as well. In an effort to improve what was likely the final release version that aired on German radio circa 1983-1984, I have taken the vocal track from the demo version, synced it as best I could with the instrumental of the final version, and re-do the mastering job as best as possible for my limited audio skills. Pacific Southwest Airlines Flight 1771 was a scheduled flight along the West Coast of the United States, from Los Angeles, California, to San Francisco. On December 7, 1987, the British Aerospace 146-200A, registration N350PS, crashed in San Luis Obispo County near Cayucos, after being hijacked by a passenger.
All 43 passengers and crew aboard the plane died, five of whom, including the two pilots, were presumably shot dead before the plane crashed. The perpetrator, David Burke, was a disgruntled former employee of USAir, the parent company of Pacific Southwest Airlines. The crash was the second-worst mass murder in Californian history, after the similar crash of Pacific Air Lines Flight 773 in 1964. It is the second fatal crash of PSA after Pacific Southwest Airlines Flight 182.
This cockpit voice recorder audio was released by the FBI through a FOIA request. It is not complete, as the FBI deleted sections of audio involving conversation pursuant to exemptions (b)(6) and (b)(7)(C), which was in turn affirmed by the Department of Justice on appeal.")

On June 16, 2023, New England Patriots cornerback Jack Jones was arrested at Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts, after TSA agents discovered two loaded firearms in his carry-on luggage at a security checkpoint in Terminal B. This video features bodycam footage from the Massachusetts State Police officers who responded to the scene, obtained under the Massachusetts Public Records Law.
The incident began when Jones placed a black duffel bag containing an unlocked Glock handgun box with two loaded firearms and additional magazines onto the X-ray machine belt. Officers questioned Jones, who claimed he was unaware of the firearms in his luggage. Jones was detained and escorted to a secure area for further investigation.
The Suffolk County District Attorneys Office reviewed the footage and provided the following response:
Good afternoon Mr. Pasteris, In a minute or two, I will be sending you a link to a OneDrive folder with two body worn camera videos you have requested. We have made certain redactions pursuant to exemption (c), the privacy exemption. I have withheld one of the body worn camera videos in its entirety. All footage of this withheld video was filmed in the secure booking area of the state police barracks at Logan Airport, and the disclosure of this video would disclose the internal layout, security measures, or other records related to the security or safety of buildings, the disclosure of which would be likely to jeopardize public safety and is exempt from disclosure pursuant to exemption (n). Thank you for your patience with this response.

After restoration and Bumblebolt painting, it was re-installed in Park City.
This recording was made on a trip to the area with two friends, one of whom were local to the area. Sedgwick County, KS tests weekly on Mondays at noon CT. Siren sounds in alert for 60 seconds. Siren sounded nearly on the dot at noon, in fact, one second past noon.")

Shogun’s Agent is a rare English-language adaptation of Mito Kōmon, the enormously popular Japanese period-drama franchise inspired by Tokugawa Mitsukuni, the historical lord of Mito whose life became the basis for one of Japan’s most enduring television heroes.
The series follows Mitsukuni as he travels the country incognito with his retainers, encountering corrupt officials, criminal schemes, and people in need. Episodes typically build toward the revelation of Mitsukuni’s true identity and authority, transforming what first appears to be the intervention of an ordinary traveler into an unmistakable act of official justice.
An English-dubbed version was prepared by Frontier Enterprises, a company closely associated with English adaptations of Japanese film and television during the era.
Today, the broadcast is an intriguing artifact of early Japanese television distribution in the United States. Long before Japanese live-action programming became readily accessible through home video, cable television, or streaming, Shogun’s Agent gave New York-area viewers an English-dubbed introduction to a television institution already deeply familiar to audiences in Japan.
This master recording from a 1980 dubbed broadcast on New York superstation WOR-TV was obtained in a trade and is an interesting add to the collection, showing an American television station showing Japanese programming long before it grew a massive following.")
