Narrative:
On Sunday 3-28-21 at around 1947 hours Officer Gharib and I, Officer Silva,
responded to regarding a suspicious circumstances
investigation.
Per the call notes from the Bakersfield Police Department the reporting
person stated he shot his mother in the face a "few times."
The call notes later stated the reporting person's phone number was "blocked".
Upon arrival officers made contact at the door with the lone resident of
the residence, who was cooperative with officers, and gave
consent for officers to enter the residence. After officers performed the
protective sweep, no further subjects were inside.
After speaking to further, he told us he was live streaming on
Youtube just prior to our contact. He stated he had a Youtube channel
called "Eat dat pussy four four five", and that he sometimes says "offensive"
things on his channel; however he did not mention anything recently that may
have been related to our call.
Bryant stated that he owned several firearms legally, and has been harassed
before by people who have seen his Youtube channel.
A records check of MORELAND revealed he had no probation or parole status, and
no active warrants.
A records check of residence did not reveal any prior similar calls
for service.
did not know who could have made the call for service, and was
advised to call police if he had any further issues with people harassing him.
I later looked up You Tube Channel, named "EDP445", in which I saw
a multitude of videos starring with explicit titles (i.e. "A weird
pain inside my urethra", "My 10th shit in two days", "Who wants to
see my dick", "Accidentally tasted my own cum", and "Eating this birthday
cakes ass out like I'm 30."
I did not see any videos at that time, that would have been just before the
call for service.
At the conclusion of the investigation, no offense was confirmed, and it
was deemed a likely "Swatting" situation.
This bodycam footage of disgraced YouTuber EDP445 was obtained through the California Public Records Law. I did not edit this footage in any way, any blurs and mutes that occur were inserted by the records custodian of the releasing agency pursuant to the California Public Records Law. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty by law.

Shogun’s Agent is a rare English-language adaptation of Mito Kōmon, the enormously popular Japanese period-drama franchise inspired by Tokugawa Mitsukuni, the historical lord of Mito whose life became the basis for one of Japan’s most enduring television heroes.
The series follows Mitsukuni as he travels the country incognito with his retainers, encountering corrupt officials, criminal schemes, and people in need. Episodes typically build toward the revelation of Mitsukuni’s true identity and authority, transforming what first appears to be the intervention of an ordinary traveler into an unmistakable act of official justice.
An English-dubbed version was prepared by Frontier Enterprises, a company closely associated with English adaptations of Japanese film and television during the era.
Today, the broadcast is an intriguing artifact of early Japanese television distribution in the United States. Long before Japanese live-action programming became readily accessible through home video, cable television, or streaming, Shogun’s Agent gave New York-area viewers an English-dubbed introduction to a television institution already deeply familiar to audiences in Japan.
This master recording from a 1980 dubbed broadcast on New York superstation WOR-TV was obtained in a trade and is an interesting add to the collection, showing an American television station showing Japanese programming long before it grew a massive following.")

David Parker Ray (November 6, 1939 – May 28, 2002), also known as the Toy-Box Killer, was an American kidnapper, torturer, rapist and suspected serial killer. Though no bodies were found, Ray was accused by his accomplices of killing several women, and was suspected by the police to have murdered as many as sixty women from Arizona and New Mexico while living in Elephant Butte, approximately seven miles north of Truth or Consequences.
Ray soundproofed a semi-trailer, which he called his toy box, and equipped it with items used for sexual torture. He would kidnap between five and six women a year, holding each of them captive for around three to four months. During this period he would sexually abuse his victims, sometimes involving his dog or his wife (who participated willingly in her husbands crimes), and often torture them with surgical instruments. Then Ray would drug them with barbiturates in an attempt to erase their memories of what had happened before abandoning them by the side of the road.
Ray was convicted of kidnapping and torture in 2001, for which he received a lengthy sentence, but he was never convicted of murder. He died of a heart attack about one year after his convictions in two cases (the second of which resulted in a plea deal).

The Station nightclub fire occurred on the evening of February 20, 2003, in West Warwick, Rhode Island, United States, killing 100 people and injuring 230. The fire was caused by pyrotechnics set off by the tour manager of the evenings headlining band, Great White, which ignited flammable acoustic foam in the walls and ceilings surrounding the stage. It reached flashover within one minute, causing all combustible materials to burn. Intense black smoke engulfed the club within two minutes. Video footage of the fire shows its ignition, rapid growth, the billowing smoke that quickly made escape impossible, and blocked egress that further hindered evacuation.
The toxic smoke, heat, and the resulting human rush toward the main exit killed 100; 230 were injured and another 132 escaped uninjured. Many of the survivors developed post-traumatic stress disorder after the event. This fire was the fourth-deadliest at a nightclub in U.S. history, and the second-deadliest in New England, behind the 1942 Cocoanut Grove fire, which resulted in 492 deaths.

A special 90-minute program, New Bedford, focuses on the African American community of New Bedford, Massachusetts and its response to the issues that led to the race riot/rebellion of July 8th and 9th, 1970. Host Ray Richardson provides a history of the event according to the press and compares the medias interpretation of the riot with the statements and opinions of community residents. Between Friday, July 10, and Sunday, July 12, Say Brother visited the west and south end neighborhoods of New Bedford to discuss discrimination, the direction the community is moving, finding non-factory jobs, the problems unemployment presents to mothers, the difficulties of the welfare system, police harassment, and housing. Due to the graphic language of those interviewed for the program, and due to the fact the program was aired in its entirety against the wishes of WGBH management, Say Brother Producer Ray Richardson was fired after the broadcast.")

The murder of Cassie Jo Stoddart took place in Bannock County, Idaho, United States, on September 22, 2006, when Stoddart (born December 21, 1989), a student at Pocatello High School, was stabbed to death by classmates Brian Lee Draper (born March 21, 1990) and Torey Michael Adamcik (born June 14, 1990). Both perpetrators received sentences of life imprisonment without parole on August 21, 2007.
After spending most of his childhood in Utah, Brian Draper moved with his family to Pocatello, Idaho. He met Torey Adamcik when they were both students at Pocatello High School. Both boys were interested in films and started recording on their own. The victim, Cassie Jo Stoddart, also attended the same school; she and both killers were in 11th grade.
At trial, the prosecution revealed that Draper had said he was inspired by Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, who committed the Columbine High School massacre. Later, Adamcik was said to have been inspired by the Scream horror film franchise. Draper was convicted on April 17, 2007; Adamcik was convicted on June 8, 2007. On August 21, 2007, based on being convicted of first-degree murder, each received a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, and thirty years-to-life for being convicted of conspiracy to commit murder.
Adamcik and Draper are both serving their time at Idaho State Correctional Institution, located in unincorporated Ada County, Idaho, near Kuna. In November 2019, Adamcik’s sentence was upheld after his appeal was denied by the Idaho Supreme Court.
This tape, along with a complete transcript of the tape, was obtained from the Bannock County, Idaho court system through the Idaho Public Records Act. This is my reconstruction of Megadeths original 1985 uncensored version of These Boots Are Made for Walkin using advanced AI vocal extraction technology. Megadeths cover of Nancy Sinatras classic appeared on their 1985 debut Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good! with Dave Mustaines heavily altered, more aggressive lyrics, making it one of metals most legally complicated covers.
The songs complex legal history spans decades of censorship and battles. From 1985 to 1990(ish), the original uncensored version was available with Lee Hazlewood receiving royalties without complaint. However, in the early-90s, Hazlewood suddenly deemed Mustaines changes vile and offensive and demanded the song be removed under threat of lawsuit, despite having collected royalties for a full decade. Until 2002, the song was completely removed from all album reprints. In 2002, a censored version was released on the remastered album with obnoxious BLEEPS covering the altered lyrics because Hazlewood refused permission for the original version. Finally, in 2018, The Final Kill remaster featured newly recorded vocals by Mustaine using Hazlewoods original clean lyrics instead of his provocative 1985 alterations.
I first attempted to reconstruct this track in 2018 (under the username PoopToobYou) using primitive AI models to extract the 1985 vocals and mix them with the 2002 remaster instrumentals, but the results were rough and showed the limitations of early AI technology. For this upload, Ive used a much superior Suno AI model to extract the original 1985 Dave Mustaine vocals with significantly better quality and precision. The vocal isolation is cleaner, allowing for proper integration with the remastered instrumental track while preserving the raw energy and controversy of the original performance.
This track represents a unique piece of thrash metal history thats been essentially lost to legal battles, with original pressing vinyl being rare and expensive, making this version inaccessible to most fans. Three official versions exist: the 1985 original uncensored version only available on original pressings, the 2002 censored version with bleeps, and the 2018 clean version featuring Hazlewoods original lyrics. This reconstruction allows people to experience Megadeths original artistic intent as it appeared on their groundbreaking debut album, digitally preserving the first version using modern AI technology for educational and archival purposes.")
