For the first time, the public can now hear the infamous Matthew Pickett audiotape recorded on February 20, 2003 at The Station Night Club in West Warwick, Rhode Island. This tape was released to me by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms through the Freedom of Information Act.
This audio should only be listened to by adult audiences due to the mature nature of the audio. While the entire 32 minute tape was released to me, I have opted not to include the 14 minute portions after the fire alarm was activated out of respect to the victims and their families, and to avoid violating YouTube Community Guidelines.

Pacific Southwest Airlines Flight 1771 was a scheduled flight along the West Coast of the United States, from Los Angeles, California, to San Francisco. On December 7, 1987, the British Aerospace 146-200A, registration N350PS, crashed in San Luis Obispo County near Cayucos, after being hijacked by a passenger.
All 43 passengers and crew aboard the plane died, five of whom, including the two pilots, were presumably shot dead before the plane crashed. The perpetrator, David Burke, was a disgruntled former employee of USAir, the parent company of Pacific Southwest Airlines. The crash was the second-worst mass murder in Californian history, after the similar crash of Pacific Air Lines Flight 773 in 1964. It is the second fatal crash of PSA after Pacific Southwest Airlines Flight 182.
This cockpit voice recorder audio was released by the FBI through a FOIA request. It is not complete, as the FBI deleted sections of audio involving conversation pursuant to exemptions (b)(6) and (b)(7)(C), which was in turn affirmed by the Department of Justice on appeal.")

On June 16, 2023, New England Patriots cornerback Jack Jones was arrested at Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts, after TSA agents discovered two loaded firearms in his carry-on luggage at a security checkpoint in Terminal B. This video features bodycam footage from the Massachusetts State Police officers who responded to the scene, obtained under the Massachusetts Public Records Law.
The incident began when Jones placed a black duffel bag containing an unlocked Glock handgun box with two loaded firearms and additional magazines onto the X-ray machine belt. Officers questioned Jones, who claimed he was unaware of the firearms in his luggage. Jones was detained and escorted to a secure area for further investigation.
The Suffolk County District Attorneys Office reviewed the footage and provided the following response:
Good afternoon Mr. Pasteris, In a minute or two, I will be sending you a link to a OneDrive folder with two body worn camera videos you have requested. We have made certain redactions pursuant to exemption (c), the privacy exemption. I have withheld one of the body worn camera videos in its entirety. All footage of this withheld video was filmed in the secure booking area of the state police barracks at Logan Airport, and the disclosure of this video would disclose the internal layout, security measures, or other records related to the security or safety of buildings, the disclosure of which would be likely to jeopardize public safety and is exempt from disclosure pursuant to exemption (n). Thank you for your patience with this response.
The available footage provides insight into the initial interactions between Jack Jones and the responding officers, offering a transparent view of the procedures and conduct of law enforcement during the incident. Note that portions of the video have been redacted to protect personal privacy and sensitive security information.
Following the incident, during the following regular season, Jack Jones was released by the New England Patriots and has since played with the Las Vegas Raiders.")

T-75 is the 75th Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000 siren produced. The siren was first installed in Wichita, Kansas in 1953, moved to a local mall in the 1970s, and then taken down and restored by Goddard Enterprises in the 2020s. After restoration and Bumblebolt painting, it was re-installed in Park City.
This recording was made on a trip to the area with two friends, one of whom were local to the area. Sedgwick County, KS tests weekly on Mondays at noon CT. Siren sounds in alert for 60 seconds. Siren sounded nearly on the dot at noon, in fact, one second past noon.")

The question mark in the title is not a typo and actually is the specials name; its loosely based on a critics remark when Sesame Street first came out - its too good for kids.

Shogun’s Agent is a rare English-language adaptation of Mito Kōmon, the enormously popular Japanese period-drama franchise inspired by Tokugawa Mitsukuni, the historical lord of Mito whose life became the basis for one of Japan’s most enduring television heroes.
The series follows Mitsukuni as he travels the country incognito with his retainers, encountering corrupt officials, criminal schemes, and people in need. Episodes typically build toward the revelation of Mitsukuni’s true identity and authority, transforming what first appears to be the intervention of an ordinary traveler into an unmistakable act of official justice.
An English-dubbed version was prepared by Frontier Enterprises, a company closely associated with English adaptations of Japanese film and television during the era.
Today, the broadcast is an intriguing artifact of early Japanese television distribution in the United States. Long before Japanese live-action programming became readily accessible through home video, cable television, or streaming, Shogun’s Agent gave New York-area viewers an English-dubbed introduction to a television institution already deeply familiar to audiences in Japan.
This master recording from a 1980 dubbed broadcast on New York superstation WOR-TV was obtained in a trade and is an interesting add to the collection, showing an American television station showing Japanese programming long before it grew a massive following.")

David Parker Ray (November 6, 1939 – May 28, 2002), also known as the Toy-Box Killer, was an American kidnapper, torturer, rapist and suspected serial killer. Though no bodies were found, Ray was accused by his accomplices of killing several women, and was suspected by the police to have murdered as many as sixty women from Arizona and New Mexico while living in Elephant Butte, approximately seven miles north of Truth or Consequences.
Ray soundproofed a semi-trailer, which he called his toy box, and equipped it with items used for sexual torture. He would kidnap between five and six women a year, holding each of them captive for around three to four months. During this period he would sexually abuse his victims, sometimes involving his dog or his wife (who participated willingly in her husbands crimes), and often torture them with surgical instruments. Then Ray would drug them with barbiturates in an attempt to erase their memories of what had happened before abandoning them by the side of the road.
Ray was convicted of kidnapping and torture in 2001, for which he received a lengthy sentence, but he was never convicted of murder. He died of a heart attack about one year after his convictions in two cases (the second of which resulted in a plea deal).
This 5 minute orientation tape, played for Parkers victims prior to 1993, was obtained through a New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act request. The Station nightclub fire occurred on the evening of February 20, 2003, in West Warwick, Rhode Island, United States, killing 100 people and injuring 230. The fire was caused by pyrotechnics set off by the tour manager of the evenings headlining band, Great White, which ignited flammable acoustic foam in the walls and ceilings surrounding the stage. It reached flashover within one minute, causing all combustible materials to burn. Intense black smoke engulfed the club within two minutes. Video footage of the fire shows its ignition, rapid growth, the billowing smoke that quickly made escape impossible, and blocked egress that further hindered evacuation.
The toxic smoke, heat, and the resulting human rush toward the main exit killed 100; 230 were injured and another 132 escaped uninjured. Many of the survivors developed post-traumatic stress disorder after the event. This fire was the fourth-deadliest at a nightclub in U.S. history, and the second-deadliest in New England, behind the 1942 Cocoanut Grove fire, which resulted in 492 deaths.
This video combines the first 120 seconds of the widely-available Butler video recording, and the less-available Pickett audio recording, and provides subtitles for all words spoken to provide the most in-depth look at the first moments of the fire breaking out humanly possible.
