I will just say this here: Hip Kit Club has hit it out of the park with July's kits! As much as I love the city-themed June kit I am swooning over the gorgeous tropical images and vibrant-yet-pastel-ish colors of July's. I ordered the extra embellishment kit this time in addition to the main kit (and a couple of must-have dies) and I couldn't be happier.

I knew I had to use this gorgeous background paper for hexagon week in the Summer Challenge and I managed all 5 of the points: hexagon, blue, metal, stencil and stitching (although the stitching is stamped and the metal is a metallic finish on the puffy hearts!).
