This is the moment a serial killer went on Facebook Live after murdering a kid.
On the 18th of February 2019, the Willingboro Police Department would be called to a street in New Jersey to reports of shots fired, when they arrived they discovered two men fighting for their lives, one would go on to be pronounced dead.
That would be the beginning of a serial killers campaign of murdering.
Although he was on police radar he was able to go on to kill again just 5 months later.
