To many slavery seems like a horrific crime of the past but across the world including the United Kingdom the trade still continues to sadly flourish.
In June of 2022, a couple Maros Tancos and Joanna Gomulska were jailed for their roles as slave traders in the United Kingdom.
In 2008 they had relocated to the UK & opened a car wash buisness, within the first year or so they preyed upon vulnerable people back in Eastern Europe with promises of a better life.
Unfornatley they would be taken into a life of slavery.

On the 4th of May 2020, The Vineland Police Department received a frantic call stating that someone had been stabbed & was on the verge of death.
The victim had been stabbed by a TikToker who had been in an ongoing dispute with him, partly due to the content he was making.
