How do you separate a solute (like salt or sugar) from a solvent (like water), after one has been dissolved into the other? We'll learn how you can use evaporation, or you can use distilling to distill the mixture. Separation uses boiling temperatures, vaporization, and condensation. Distillation is a physical change.
