I've never speedran anything before. But I've played Sekiro for hundreds of hours and watched countless hours of speedruns of the game. I figured if I was going to get into speedrunning, this would be the game to try. But I couldn't just speedrun it, I had to make a meme video out of it. So here we are. Hope you enjoy this stupid edit of my first run and subsequent grind to get a decent PB!
In case someone asks: no, I don't stream, all my speedrunning was done offline. I probably won't be streaming any time soon. Don't really have the time to do so. Maybe in a few years after my PhD is done! That said, I can definitely see why people stream their attempts. Runs can be frustrating and monotonous. Offline runs can really be brutal and draining when you don't have people to chat with.
