My first #fridaysews make of 2024 and it's a success. Very happy with my McCall's M8325 blouse. With a small sleeve adjustment, it's perfect. I love Nerida Hansen fabrics. I hadn't heard of these fabrics before and so happy I've found them as they are absolutely gorgeous.
I also made a Christmas Decoration. Mad I know, but I did plan to make it before Christmas, but as explained in the video I didn't have the instructions. It's now finished and will take pride of place on the Christmas tree this year. But let's not think about that just yet. Though this little hand made reindeer was such fun to make.
I've been scrap busting. Made up small 3 and half inch squares to make cushions. These little squares make up such lovely patterns and are a great way to use up some of our scraps. The two cushions I'm working on for George and Dani are coming along nicely. Hopefully I will have these finished in the next couple of days and will be able to show you them soon.
