Well I'm getting closer to perfecting this blouse pattern Simplicity S9231. This is my second pattern review of this very simple top, but I have experienced a few fitting issues with both the shoulder and the bicep.

I will be showing you how I did both a shoulder adjustment and a bicep adjustment. The fit is nearly there, but not quite. I need to make one more adjustment and that's to remove excess fabric in the higher bust. What do you think?
