IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PFT SCORING
The Reclamation Security Response Force (SRF) is an elite armed tactical security force that is professional, vigilant, and dedicated. The SRF has high standards for physical fitness and recruits must be prepared to pass the rigorous physical fitness test (PFT).
UPDATE-The PFT video has been revised to reflect the new points-based scoring system which went into effect Oct. 1, 2022.
The current video shows the correct technique for completing the four categories of the PFT and how the applicant will be evaluated.
Applicants are no longer required to complete 40 pushups, 46 sit-ups, a 1.5 mile run in less than 14 minutes, and the 40-yard dash from the prone position in 9 seconds.
All applicants applying after Oct. 1, 2022, are required to score 100 combined points in the four categories to pass the PFT. Scoring information for each category is available at the following link:
