BEWARE OF THE SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL YET! THIS VIDEO HAS A LOT OF THEM!
Ok, so to my surprise... this song actually won the poll. Well, "Bet on it" did win on Twitter, but combining those votes with the YouTube comments, "Scream" won by ONE last minute vote!
And I'm glad it did, because as much easier "Bet on it" would've been to make, I had several troubles with making that one:
1) It wouldn't have been that original
2) A semi-complete AMV has already been made ()
3) I already used that song with Sunset Shimmer
4) I actually kinda like the song better. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE "Bet on it", but this one is WAY more powerful.
So, I'm happpy with how this came out, and it was harder to make than I thought! I kinda wish his angsty song would've been longer, I needed more drama scenes...
Just like in the special itself, I focused this more on Chat/Adrien's despair of not having his mom than on his romantic feeling. Except, of course, in the line "Is it her? Is it love?" because otherwise it would've been weird.
The guitar solo was hard, so I decided to show a montage of Adrien's joyful moments, to further push him not to destroy the tree.
And no clips of him really screaming in despair, so I had to use the "NOOOO!"
