*Sits down exhaustedly* Let me tell you a story, kids…
In the last video, when I said I already had the cast done for the enchanted objects… that wasn’t completely true. I said that because I was SURE “Be Our Guest” would win. I didn’t expect AT ALL that you guys would prefer this song… I honestly hadn’t thought of a cast for Cadenza or Plumette, but I was sort of in a tight spot…
I remade this video at least three times with different casts. I almost used Sunset as Cadenza and Lyra and Bonbon as Lumiére and Plumette. But then I realized that, for the sake of this video and the next one I’ll make, it was better for me to stick to the HuMain 6.
Pinkie Pie was going to be Lumiére since the very beginning anyway, and since Applejack was already Cogsworth, the only other choice for Plumette was Sunset Shimmer. I admit it’s not my best casting, but who else could’ve been the wardrobe but Rarity? (out of the HuMain 6, that is)
I ultimately decided that it was the best thing to double-cast Rainbow Dash. You know, like Hamilton. So she’s both Monsieur Jean AND Maestro Cadenza (too bad the latter couldn’t have been CADANCE, am I right?)
Oh, and did I mention the lack of dying mother for FlashBeast? I had nothing very convincing to work with (without making it very awkward, that is) so… he’s just remembering the places he visited with his mother in his childhood? And I wish I had Flash as a kid to work with…
Oh well, despite all the struggles with the casting and the beginning scene, I think this turned out pretty okay.

Belle- Twilight Sparkle (Sci-Twi)
Beast- Flash Sentry
Lumiére- Pinkie Pie
Plumette- Sunset Shimmer
Mrs. Potts- Fluttershy (this one suffered no changes; it was a no-brainer since the beginning)
Maestro Cadenza- Rainbow Dash
Madame de Garderobe- Rarity
Cogsworth- Applejack (the character doesn’t sing in this song, but if you see Applejack here, that’s why.)
